Palmetto Subacute Care Center seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will deliver patient-centered care, adhere to established goals, and document weekly progress to support clinical decisions.

Candidates should have a valid COTA license, experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license/registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of OT.
• Experience in long-term and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing skills.
• Document patient progress weekly.
• Collaborate with all disciplines for patient-centered care.
• Exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Punctuality and professionalism in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under OT supervision.
• Provide treatment aligned with OT goals and feedback to supervisor.
