Job summary

ODYSSEY REHABILITATION is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Fairmont, WV. In this role, you will implement occupational therapy programs aimed at enhancing customer independence and functional capacity under supervision.

Responsibilities include providing tailored treatments, conducting evaluations, and instructing caregivers in therapy techniques. Successful candidates will have completed an accredited training program and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant per state guidelines.
• Must be able and willing to practice occupational therapy per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans defined by the primary Occupational Therapist.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments including activities of daily living.
• Instruct customers and caregivers in occupational therapy techniques.
