Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab in Martinsburg, WV, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join Martinsburg Healthcare Center. You will work with residents to improve independence and quality of life under supervision of an OT, with in-house team support.

Qualifications

• Must have COTA education from an accredited two-year associate degree program.
• Hold a valid or pending State COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans through direct treatment and collaboration with the Occupational Therapist.
• Educates treatment staff and other team members involved in the plan, as well as family members.
• Documents rehabilitation activities in accordance with department and facility requirements.
• Opportunity to treat residents across multiple locations to meet diverse needs.
