Job summary

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire (renewal optional)
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT)
• State license active and in good standing
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
• CPR certification upon hire and maintained during employment

Responsibilities

• Follow established OT treatment plans under supervising OT
• Document and chart promptly and accurately
• Utilize therapy software appropriately
• Provide excellent patient service and teamwork across disciplines
• Assist in patient evacuation and ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain consistent attendance and professional conduct
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct
• Read, write, and understand English in clinical settings
