EY’s Government & Infrastructure practice seeks a General Ledger/Accounts Payable Senior Associate to support ledger, AP and expense functions. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations and assist with period-end close, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration across finance teams is essential to deliver timely, compliant reporting. You will leverage Costpoint and Excel tools, support process improvements, and may engage in testing and training activities as part of a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of related accounting experience and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• Experience with government contracting and cost accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day general ledger, accounts payable and expense functions.
• Prepare and review journal entries; assist period-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Help with audits; provide schedules and documentation as needed.
• Promote policies, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with Costpoint testing, upgrades and process improvements.
