Job summary

The role supports Finance, Project Controls, Contracts, Procurement, and Operations by entering, validating, and updating project, contract, and financial data.

It also handles receiving and fixed asset support to ensure proper custody before equipment release.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of data entry/administrative/procurement/ERP experience.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain organized records.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and standard office apps.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain Costpoint data per procedures.
• Assist with project and contract setup, records, POs, and labor data.
• Verify data against documents for accuracy and approvals.
• Maintain project and financial records for reporting needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, logs, and reconciliations as needed.
• Ensure proper custody and asset establishment before issuance.
