Job summary

OWT Global LLC, headquartered in Tampa, FL, seeks a detail-oriented Costpoint Data Entry & Receiving Specialist to support accurate data entry for project, contract, procurement, and vendor data in Costpoint. The role includes receiving and fixed asset responsibilities before equipment release to end users.

You will collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations to maintain records, ensure data integrity, and follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of data entry, administrative, accounting, procurement, project support, or ERP experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard office apps.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain organized records.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• U.S. Citizen (may be required).

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in Deltek Costpoint per procedures and controls.
• Assist with project setup, contract setup, vendor records, purchase requisitions, and related Costpoint records.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals.
• Validate data against documentation to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Support maintenance of project, labor, procurement, and financial records.
• Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, Procurement, PM, and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Support data cleanup, record maintenance, and quality reviews.
• Follow SOPs, workflows, and segregation of duties.
