Job summary

OWT Global, LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Costpoint Data Entry & Receiving Specialist to ensure accurate data entry in Costpoint and reliable receiving support. You will collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Procurement, and Operations to maintain project, labor, and asset records and to ensure proper custody and configuration before release to end users.

The role requires attention to detail, 1–3 years ERP data entry experience, and proficiency with Excel and Costpoint.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of data entry, admin, procurement, or ERP experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and office apps.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in Costpoint per procedures.
• Support project, contract, and vendor records and related data.
• Review source documents for accuracy and approvals.
• Validate data against documents to identify errors.
• Assist with reconciliations and reporting as needed.
• Maintain confidential information and work with cross-functional teams.
