Job summary

Florida Turbine Technologies (FTT) in Jupiter, FL, is seeking an AP Specialist to manage vendor invoices, 3-way matching, and Costpoint data entry in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports SOX audit requests, maintains vendor master data, and prepares weekly disbursements. A Bachelor’s in accounting or 3–5 years of high-volume experience is preferred; Deltek/Costpoint experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a high-volume accounting setting.
• Experience with SOX compliant environments is preferred.
• Experience with Deltek/Costpoint strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives predetermined work assignments with strong review.
• Vendor master file set-up and maintenance.
• Accounts payable data entry, coding and vouchering; assist month-end.
• Enter vendor and employee expenses into Costpoint.
• Process purchase orders and 3-way matching in Costpoint.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist weekly cash disbursements.
• Support SOX audit requests and maintain records.
