Eurest is hiring a full-time prep cook at Anduril, 3333 Susan Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. The role involves preparing food to recipes, serving customers, and upholding HACCP/safety standards. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 pm–8:30 pm. A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.

• Ability to follow recipes and production sheets.

• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
