Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support cost management on a large-scale construction program. You will provide estimating, procurement, cost control, change management, and commercial oversight from preconstruction through project completion in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–5 years' experience, and knowledge of procurement routes, value engineering, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience on construction projects.
• Experience on large, complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical or technology projects.
• RICS accreditation valued or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating for full project, review junior estimators, and present to client with VE and risk input.
• Oversee cost reporting: schedule, forecasts, budgets, and risk registers; run client meetings.
• Manage cost control: assess payments, change orders, contractor entitlements, and disputes.
• Direct invoicing processes and conclude final accounting; conduct post‑contract reviews.
• Develop handover procedures and maintain project cost control throughout lifecycle.
