Job summary

TM Green Group is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to lead commercial delivery on high-value data centre and mission-critical industrial projects across Texas, US. You will own cost control, budgeting, and reporting, collaborating with internal teams, specialist subcontractors, consultants and the client to optimise programme performance and value.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering large-scale data centres or critical facilities within a Tier 1 contractor environment,

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale data centres or mission-critical facilities
• Experience managing budgets, cost control and reporting
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate at senior level

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercials, costs and budgets on all construction projects
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and specialist supply chain partners
• Ensure projects meet commercial, quality, and technical objectives
• Oversee programme delivery, risk management, and project reporting
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Drive best practice across systems, buildability and delivery processes
