Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Contracts Manager to lead contractual and commercial activities across nationwide data center projects. The role will oversee prime and subcontract agreements, change orders, and risk management to protect the company's commercial interests.

You will work with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring compliance with GMP, progressive GMP, and open-book delivery models while coordinating with project controls and cost management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract/commercial management experience on large-scale construction or data center projects.
• Experience administering client-facing contracts and subcontractor agreements on active projects.
• Strong expertise in contract administration, change management, claims, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with GMP, progressive GMP, cost-plus, or open-book delivery models.
• Ability to interpret contract language and advise project teams.
• Experience coordinating with project controls, cost management, and construction teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Insight Global is seeking a Project Contracts Manager to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States for a leading energy company. This role will serve as the primary contractual and commercial lead on assigned projects, managing all contract administration activities between the client, project team, and subcontractors. The Project Contracts Manager will oversee prime contract and subcontract compliance, lead change order and claims management, advise project leadership on contractual risk and entitlement, and ensure commercial governance throughout the full project lifecycle. This individual will play a key role in delivering projects under GMP, progressive GMP, and cost-reimbursable/open-book delivery models while protecting the company's commercial interests and supporting successful project execution. This is a site-based position requiring domestic relocation based on project needs. Relocation assistance is available.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of contract/commercial management experience supporting large-scale construction, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects
• Experience administering both client-facing contracts and subcontractor agreements within active project environments
• Strong expertise in contract administration, change management, claims, variations, notices, and commercial risk mitigation
• Experience managing projects delivered under GMP, progressive GMP, cost-plus, or open-book commercial models
• Ability to interpret contract language and provide actionable guidance to project teams
• Experience coordinating with project controls, cost management, and construction teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field
