Responsibilities

• Develop budget estimates from plans, specs, or conceptual info.
• Review scope and build unit costs from labor/material rates.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Lead cost estimates for projects under supervision.
• Analyze change orders and assist continuous cost management.
