Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• More than 3 years of experience post undergraduate degree in related field
• Preferred: MRICS/AssocRICS/CCP/CEP/CPE or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Develop budget estimates by performing quantity take-offs from plans, specs, or conceptual information.
• Build unit costs based on labor and material rate structures.
• Review, interpret and define the scope of assigned work in project documents.
• Understand local market conditions and solicit feedback where applicable.
• Develop and nurture subcontractor/vendor and client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver summary analysis for assigned scope of work.
• Evaluate change orders and assist cost management processes.
