Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years engineering experience in manufacturing/design, with DFM focus.
• Lean and quality experience; experience with manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Category Managers to build roadmaps for future product lines.
• Execute and manage cost modeling using SBD methods and outputs.
• Identify cost savings opportunities to leverage supplier negotiations.
• Support development of negotiation strategies with fact-based arguments.
• Lead cost engineering team efforts in VAVE events and cost reduction initiatives.
• Train stakeholders in should-cost methodology and cost modeling techniques.
