Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA is offering a Fall 2027 Co-op in Procurement Operations. You will support day-to-day procurement execution for the Coffee Business Unit, ensuring continuity of supply and alignment with category strategies.

The program includes mentor support, meet & greets, and professional skills training; you'll complete a project and present it to senior leaders. The role is full-time, hybrid, and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
• You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement execution for assigned BU categories, ensuring continuity of supply, service performance, and compliance with enterprise sourcing strategies.
• Monitor & analyse supplier performance across service, quality, cost, and responsiveness metrics; drive corrective actions where required.
• Support cost modeling, inflation mitigation, and value improvement initiatives in collaboration with Category Management.
• Partner closely with Materials Management, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, and Finance to align procurement actions with operational needs.
• Support deployment of procurement processes, systems, and operating model enhancements within the BU.
