Job summary

NV2A Group, a MasTec company based in South Florida, is seeking a Cost Engineer to support project managers, craft supervisors, and corporate functions. The role emphasizes cost scheduling, estimating, and subcontract oversight for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process plant systems in large-scale projects.

The candidate should hold a BS degree in engineering, have 1–2 years in construction, and preferably experience with MEP.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of construction experience minimum.
• Prior MEP project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical drawings and specifications for industrial construction.
• Prepare field design change requisitions and as-built drawings as required.
• Manage and coordinate material and human resources; support cost/scheduling/estimating responsibilities.
