• Experience in concrete, document control, financial reporting, estimation, financial audits, risk assessment, analytics forecasting, and budget forecasting.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
• Professional certification in cost engineering or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling costs within our construction projects, ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency. This role involves a blend of technical engineering skills and financial acumen, offering an exciting opportunity for those who love to tackle challenges head-on. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a strong focus on cost management and financial control.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular financial audits to ensure all costs are accounted for and within the project budget.
• Creating, managing, and updating detailed financial reports for all construction projects.
• Utilizing your expertise in concrete to make cost-effective decisions that do not compromise the quality of the project.
• Performing risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Utilizing analytics forecasting to predict future costs and project needs.
• Developing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, from initial proposal to final completion.
• Implementing and maintaining document control processes to ensure all financial documents are accurately recorded and stored.
• Collaborating with project managers and other team members to develop and manage project budgets.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising on project quality or safety.
• Regularly reviewing and updating cost plans and cash flow forecasts.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
