Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Cost Engineer in the Project Controls Department in Florida. The role supports cost systems, budgeting, forecasting and change management to enhance project profitability.

You will collaborate with accounting to deepen understanding of accounts payable/receivable, payroll and financial forecasting. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience managing construction project administrative activities and a strong interest in construction

Job Overview

The Cost Engineer position provides the perfect opportunity for an ambitious candidate to expand their understanding of, and expertise in, construction contracting, budgeting, forecasting and change management. In this role you will also collaborate with accounting and deepen your understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial forecasting.

The right candidate will have a bachelor's degree, along with three to five years’ experience successfully managing administrative activities on a construction project and a strong interest/understanding of construction contracting, budgeting, forecasting and change management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position has a pay range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includes company stock and a profit-sharing bonus.
