Job summary

RTX’s STARS program in the Air Traffic Systems group seeks an early-career finance professional to support cost, schedule, and control analyses. You will help manage EVMS, EACs, variance analysis, and financial reporting to keep the program on track.

You will work in a hybrid environment in Marlborough, MA, collaborating with finance, contracts, and program teams, applying SAP/PRISM tools and SOX controls while expanding your understanding of aerospace program management.

Qualifications

• University degree and 2+ years of relevant finance experience.
• U.S. citizen required to access program information.
• Expert with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, VLOOKUP).
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP/PRISM/SAP BW.
• Familiar with EVM and EAC analyses.
• Earned Value certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and EV reporting.
• Develop quarterly EACs and perform variance analysis.
• Process Baseline Change Requests and Latest Revised Estimates.
• Support EV and EAC requirements execution and inquiries.
• Assist with billing questions and program surveillance.
