Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Integrated Intelligence & Mission Solutions portfolio in Richardson, TX. This onsite role focuses on tracking, analyzing, and controlling costs across multiple projects, with opportunities to collaborate with Program Management and Engineering.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in finance, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 2 years in a related finance role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
• Professional experience in a finance/controls role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data extraction and reconciliation.
• Labor and cost transfer submittals.
• Creation and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers.
• Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules.
• Monitor costs and manpower; ensure actuals are within budget and charged correctly.
• Generate Earned Value reports, graphs, and analyses.
• Provide reports to Program Management and Control account Managers.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and data integrity validations.
