The Cost Analyst will develop dashboards, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline real estate operations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in real estate operations, financial analysis, or cost control.
• Familiarity with real estate taxes and invoicing processes preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar visualization platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve workflows, optimize data processes, or automate routine tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate, financial, and operational data with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Administer tax processing, payments, appeals support, invoices, and vendor-related activities.
• Analyze large datasets to produce insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility into key business metrics.
• Drive process improvements through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support efficient execution of real estate operations and strategic initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
