The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, engineering, construction management or related field and at least 5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, construction management or related field; 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess project financial risks and report project plan to mitigate risks.
• Accumulate, audit, and correlate information to produce budget reports and CABs; provide interpretive analysis.
• Audit forecast of General Conditions, staff and labor projections to forecast costs.
• Visit jobsites to evaluate progress and discuss findings with management.
• Prepare final Cost Audited Budget Analysis Report reconciling to final contract value.
