Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a skilled Cost Analyst for an advanced technology project in Northern Louisiana. The role focuses on preparing financial analyses, budgeting, and regulatory forecasts to validate project costs and earnings.

You will work with Project Engineers and Senior Cost Analysts, auditing budgets and pace, and coordinating with accounting for ledger accuracy. Travel is required for project sites and ORM participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and audit forecasts for project costs.
• Audit budgets, forecasts, and field conditions; ensure accuracy in ledger postings.
• Coordinate with Accounting and project staff; support ORM meetings.
• Train Costs Analysts and junior staff.
• Visit jobsites to assess progress and validate cost data.
• Review contracts, pay applications, and SAP forecasting workbenches.
