Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Dallas Main division seeks an experienced Senior Cost Analyst to prepare financial analyses, reports, and forecast validations for multi-site projects, including the Northern Louisiana advanced technology project. Travel 100% is required during project duration.

You will audit budgets, develop CABs, coordinate with accounting and field teams, train junior analysts, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 5 years of experience.
• High degree of organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assess project financial risks and report plan to mitigate risks.
• Prepare cost reports such as BARs, CABs, and perform interpretive analysis.
• Audit budgets and forecast accuracy; verify ledger postings.
• Train and develop Costs Analysts and project staff.
• Visit jobsites and review progress with project management.
• Monitor cash position and participate in payments and SAP forecasting.
