Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation procedures.
• Previous experience with accounting systems, ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Support cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis, cost tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare journal entries, assist with month end close activities, and maintain accurate supporting documentation for accounting records.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, operational performance, and product profitability to support informed business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, cost modeling, variance analysis, and reporting related to production and operational activities.
• Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to support process improvements and financial initiatives.
