Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or cost accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis, cost tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, assist with month end close, and maintain documentation for accounting records.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, operational performance, and product profitability to support informed business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, cost modeling, variance analysis, and reporting related to production and operational activities.
• Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to support process improvements and financial initiatives.
