The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

You will coach the team and lead by example, providing authentic, personalized customer care in a prestige beauty environment. Responsibilities include cash handling, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contributing to a smooth running operation.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Previous cash handling and POS experience is desirable.
