Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and to meet sales and service targets.

You will handle essential cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contribute to a rewarding customer experience at a prestige beauty destination.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash handling, opening/closing the store, and end-of-day reconciliation is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring to achieve targets.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and coaching of the team.
• Perform opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Assist in achieving store goals and maintaining store standards.
