The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.

You will coach the team, model the brand’s standards, and help create a welcoming, luxury shopping experience for clients in our New York store. You will manage cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and participate in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store running.
• Assist in achieving sales and customer service targets.
