Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Columbia, MD is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You'll coach the team by example, modelling behaviours that inspire genuine, personalized service and a polished store presentation.

You will handle cash reconciliations at start and end of day, open and close on a rota, and contribute to a smooth, efficient store operation.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to hit sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events; experience with POS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliations; open and close the store on a rota.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets in a fast-paced environment.
