Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Willingness to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and events.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and coach the sales team.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain poise and professionalism in a fast-paced environment during events.
