Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store desirable.
• Supervisory/coaching experience to meet sales targets.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
• Provide personalised customer service to meet sales and service targets.
• Handle cash reconciliations and end-of-day procedures on a rota basis.
• Open and close the store as required, including shift coverage.
