Job summary

L&R is the leading distributor of cosmetics in the United States, seeking a part-time to full-time Reset Merchandiser for TX and surrounding areas. You will implement planograms, relocate products, and ensure displays meet retailer standards.

The role supports seasonal resets with store hours between 6 AM and 5 PM, and may require overnight travel. Benefits include paid drive time, sick time, and potential transition to full-time with 30+ weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail merchandising, resets, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and schematic reading is highly desirable.
• Cosmetics reset / merchandising experience is a plus!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures, signage, and products on elevated shelves.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms and schematics to reset displays and sections as instructed.
• Remove, stock, and place products to maintain merchandising flow.
• Pack merchandise and process returns following guidelines.
• Document completion of tasks using provided apps/tools.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures to match planogram specs.
• Communicate progress and challenges with store managers and supervisors.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings or late evenings.
