Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking Traveling Reset Specialists to support store resets in the Las Vegas, NV area. You will implement planograms, relocate products, adjust shelves, and ensure displays meet company and retailer standards on a seasonal, project-based schedule.

Travel within a 100–200 mile radius is typical, with overnight stays as needed. Hours capped at 30 per week with potential to transition to full-time if ongoing hours exceed 30 weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or resets preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and schematic reading desirable.
• Cosmetics reset/merchandising experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Accurately implement planograms and schematics to reset displays and sections.
• Remove, stock, and place products to ensure proper merchandising flow.
• Process customer returns following guidelines.
• Maintain optimal sales and inventory levels using planograms knowledge.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures per planogram specs.
• Complete resets according to standards and timelines.
• Communicate progress with store managers and supervisors.
• Document completion of tasks through photos and reporting apps.
• Work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
