Atrium in the United States is seeking an R&D Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics) to support the R&D team in documentation, registrations, stability reporting, and BOM management. The role emphasizes accurate regulatory filings and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

The ideal candidate will have cosmetic regulatory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple documentation streams with attention to detail and deadlines.

• Experience with cosmetics/personal care regulatory requirements.
• Experience with product registrations and formula documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with deadline-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare technical documentation for the R&D team.
• Manage product registrations and formula submissions.
• Create and maintain formula compositions, ingredient lists, and documentation for customer requests, label claims, and artwork reviews.
• Generate stability summary reports and maintain documentation within SharePoint.
• Develop and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in collaboration with production and other departments.
