Job summary

Atrium Staffing is assisting a rapidly growing contract manufacturer in recruiting an R&D Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics). This role supports the Research & Innovation team, handling technical documentation, registrations, stability reports, and BOMs to keep product development on track.

You will collaborate across departments, ensure accurate data, and maintain documentation in SharePoint and ERP systems. A science background with regulatory cosmetics experience is preferred.

Our client is seeking an R&D Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics) to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The R&D Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics) will support the Research & Innovation team. This role is responsible for managing technical documentation, formula records, product registrations, stability reports, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely support of product development activities.

Responsibilities of the R&D Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics):

• Maintain and prepare technical documentation for the R&D team.
• Manage product registrations and formula submissions.
• Create and maintain formula compositions, ingredient lists, and documentation for customer requests, label claims, and artwork reviews.
• Generate stability summary reports and maintain documentation within SharePoint.
• Develop and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in collaboration with production and other departments.
