Job summary

Atrium Staffing is assisting a rapidly growing contract manufacturer in recruiting an R&D Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics). This role supports the Research & Innovation team, handling technical documentation, registrations, stability reports, and BOMs to keep product development on track.

You will collaborate across departments, ensure accurate data, and maintain documentation in SharePoint and ERP systems. A science background with regulatory cosmetics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Regulatory experience within cosmetics or personal care industry.
• Knowledge of product registration systems or BOM management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare technical documentation for the R&D team.
• Manage product registrations and formula submissions.
• Create and maintain formula compositions and ingredient lists for customer requests, label claims, and artwork reviews.
• Generate stability summary reports and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
• Develop and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) with production and other departments.
