Job summary

Bask & Lather Co. seeks a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance, Regulatory & Compliance to lead global quality and compliance. You will ensure MoCRA readiness in the US and manage registrations in the EU, UK, and other markets, while guiding packaging claims and safety substantiation.

The role requires strong QA/Regulatory expertise in cosmetics, cross-functional leadership, and a hands-on approach to governance across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years in QA and Regulatory Affairs within cosmetics/personal care.
• Deep understanding of US FDA MoCRA, EU CosReg, UK regs, and global frameworks.
• Strong GMP/ISO 22716 knowledge; experience with audits/inspections.
• Hair care knowledge including actives, ingredients and claims.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MoCRA compliance as primary liaison, incl. registrations and safety substantiation.
• Direct global registrations across EU, UK, Health Canada portals.
• Own labeling, INCI, warnings, and substantiation for packaging.
• Oversee adverse event systems and root-cause investigations.
• Monitor regulatory trends and update formulations/policies to mitigate risk.
• Build and maintain QMS components and quality documents.
