Job summary

The Personal Care Products Council seeks a Quality Assurance and Ingredient Chemistry (Senior) Manager to lead QA initiatives and provide expert guidance on ingredient chemistry and nomenclature. Reporting to the Senior Director of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs, you will collaborate across teams to promote best practices in cosmetic manufacturing.

You will drive MoCRA-related quality efforts, coordinate QA workshops, and help update GMP guidelines while engaging with global regulatory

Qualifications

• MS/MA or PhD in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the cosmetic/personal care industry.
• Understanding of global regulatory landscape as it pertains to quality, labeling, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance PCPC’s Quality Assurance initiatives.
• Address MoCRA implementation areas affecting quality and GMPs.
• Plan and coordinate the annual Quality Workshop with the PCPC Science Symposium.
• Provide technical guidance on ingredient chemistry and INCI nomenclature.
