Atrium seeks a Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics) to support regulatory compliance for personal care products, performing raw material coding, ingredient documentation, product registrations, testing coordination, and labeling reviews.

You will coordinate MoCRA and state filings, manage SDS, and prepare regulatory records for launches in the U.S. and international markets, collaborating with Formulation, QA, and external labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or closely related field is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for regulatory documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform raw material coding and evaluate formulas for regulatory alignment.
• Maintain organized regulatory files for audits, inspections, and labeling reviews.
• Oversee supplier documentation and raw material coding processes.
• Prepare regulatory records for U.S. and international product launches.
• Manage product registrations and MoCRA and state filings (CFFIRKA).
• Coordinate safety testing with Formulation teams and external labs.
• Develop and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Respond to regulatory inquiries with accurate product/ingredient information.
