Job summary

Elevation Labs seeks a QA Manager to lead Quality Assurance for cosmetics and personal care products. You will oversee the QA team and QMS to ensure materials, processes, and finished goods meet internal, customer, regulatory, and organic standards.

Collaborate across Production, QC, R&D, and Supply Chain to resolve issues, drive improvements, and maintain compliance with cGMPs, GLPs, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality audits and regulatory certifications.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QA team, staffing, training, performance management, scheduling.
• Manage QA systems, change control, document control, calibration, deviations, training records.
• Oversee QA of materials, intermediates, and finished products; batch reviews and releases.
• Lead CAPA processes and investigations; root cause analysis and nonconformances.
