Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is actively seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Manager to oversee domestic and international regulatory programs for a cosmetic manufacturer in Indianapolis. You will lead registrations, ensure MoCRA compliance, and manage adverse event reporting while partnering across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in cosmetics regulation with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cosmetic regulatory affairs or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FDA cosmetic regulations and MoCRA.
• Experience with adverse event reporting and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of Proposition 65 and ingredient restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory affairs and compliance programs.
• Manage regulatory deadlines and documentation.
• Oversee domestic and international product registrations.
• Provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary contact for external regulatory partners.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate changes.
