L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across Franklin, TN and surrounding areas. This role is part-time to full-time, with hours up to 15 per week and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will maintain stock, organize displays, and support store resets to align with company standards. You will work with store personnel, use a tablet and Repsly software, follow planograms, and ensure timely, accurate merchandising across routes.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory according to store guidelines using a tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays and fixtures.
• Ensure resets meet company standards and project timelines.
• Install shelving and fixtures to match planogram specs.
• Process returns per guidelines and maintain stock levels.
• Keep store staff informed about promotions and policies.
• Visit stores professionally and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct store surveys and audits as needed.
