Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Danbury area. The role focuses on proper stocking, organization, and display of products, with support for store resets and planogram implementation.

The position is part-time to full-time, with up to 8 hours per week and potential for transition based on performance. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and benefits for full-time employees where eligible.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Execute store resets and implement planograms and displays.
• Install shelving and fixtures per planograms and timelines.
• Communicate with Store Management and Associates during visits.
• Conduct store surveys and photograph departments as needed.
