Job summary

L&R is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the West, Central, and East regions, including Reno, NV. The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying products and supporting store resets with planograms.

The position requires travel, up to 28 hours per week, and offers competitive pay with mileage reimbursement. Part-time benefits apply; opportunities exist to move to full-time with a strong weekly hour commitment.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes per assigned call frequencies with District Manager.
• Follow store visit processes, merchandising delivery, and photography of displays.
• Implement planograms and schematics to reset cosmetic displays and fixtures.
• Ensure resets meet L&R standards and timelines.
• Install and adjust shelving, hooks, and fixtures as needed to planograms.
• Process returns per company guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, exchanges, and returns.
• Communicate with store management and associates during visits.
• Inspect and photograph displays to document store issues.
