L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across Ohio, with routes including Fostoria, Sandusky, Tiffin, and Findlay. The role involves stocking, organizing, and displaying products, updating planograms, and supporting store resets.

The ideal candidate has merchandising or retail experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and is comfortable using tablets and scanners. Part-time to full-time schedule offers up to 29 hours weekly with benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Merchandising or retail experience required.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Place orders for inventory using a company tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Execute planograms and resets per instructions.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures to match planograms.
• Process returns following guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, exchanges, and returns.
• Communicate with store staff at each visit.
• Verify shipments and check-in by store personnel.
