Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across multiple regions. The role involves stocking, organizing, and displaying products, and supporting store resets with new planograms.

Flexibility to travel across West, Central and East regions is expected, with a part-time to full-time schedule. Hours are up to 25 hours weekly as a temporary role, with potential to transition to full-time after meeting weekly hour targets.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner leveraging Repsly.
• Service store routes according to the assigned call frequencies with DM.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays per provided instructions.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures to match planograms.
• Complete store surveys with photos and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain communication with store staff after visits.
• Verify shipments and returns per guidelines.
