Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the Baltimore area. The role involves stocking, organizing, and displaying products, supporting store resets, and implementing planograms using a company tablet and Repsly software.

Hours are up to 25 per week with a $17.00 per hour pay rate and mileage/toll reimbursement. Part-time benefits apply, with potential transition to full-time after 60 days if 30+ hours per week are met.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders per store guidelines using a company-supplied tablet and scanner leveraging Repsly software.
• Service store routes according to the assigned call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit process including merchandising delivery, filling task forms, and taking photos.
• Accurately implement planograms to reset displays and fixtures per instructions.
• Ensure all resets meet L&R standards and project timelines.
• Install and adjust shelving, hooks, and fixtures as needed per planograms.
• Process customer returns following L&R guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, invoicing, exchanges, and returns.
